Structured for Success was built by practicing educators to give teachers practical, classroom-ready tools that make instruction, assessment, and IEP progress monitoring more manageable. Our system provides 30 unique IEP data probes for every Common Core State Standard, giving educators multiple opportunities to measure student performance, document growth, and make informed instructional decisions without repeatedly creating materials from scratch.
We believe that thoughtful systems and small, intentional acts—clear lessons, targeted supports, patient coaching, and a lantern held at the right moment—can change the trajectory of someone’s day, classroom, or life. By simplifying data collection and progress monitoring, Structured for Success helps give educators more time for what matters most: students.
IT STARTED ON A SUNDAY EVENING
It started at a kitchen table.
Not with a student. With her teacher.
Sunday. 8:40 p.m. Progress reports due Friday. Ninety-four IEP goals. One caseload. A binder of sticky notes, three half-built spreadsheets, and a folder of worksheets pulled from six different places — none of them written to measure the goals they were being used to measure. She knew every one of those students by name. She could tell you exactly how each of them was doing..
She just couldn't prove it.
The problem wasn’t her.
The problem was the system—the very system designed to support her.
She looked for something better. Every one of us does.
Every one of us does. What she found was curriculum instead of measurement, whole-class assessment instead of caseload data, and pretty resources that fall apart the moment someone asks, "How do you know?"
Eventually, we stopped searching.
